Who We Are

Hamdam Development Organization (HDO) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and non-political organization established in 1994.

Headquartered in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, HDO is dedicated to improving the quality of life of marginalized and vulnerable communities through sustainable development, humanitarian assistance, and community empowerment.

For more than three decades, HDO has worked in close collaboration with government institutions, local communities, civil society organizations, national and international NGOs, United Nations agencies, and development partners to address poverty, inequality, social exclusion, and humanitarian challenges.

Our programs are designed to strengthen community resilience, promote social justice, and create sustainable opportunities for individuals and families to lead healthy, productive, and dignified lives.

Our Geographic Presence

Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, and operates through a network of field offices to effectively implement development and humanitarian programs across southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In addition to its Head Office in Dera Ismail Khan, HDO maintains field offices in Tank and Lakki Marwat, enabling the organization to provide timely and efficient support to communities in its operational areas. HDO currently implements programs and interventions in the following districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa:
